Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number within 1–2 business days.
You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment on our website or on the carrier’s tracking page.
Address or Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
- Approved changes may require 1–2 additional business days for processing.
- Email us at support@footgearelite.com with your order number and the updated information.
Tracking Number Not Updating
Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to appear after the package ships.
If your tracking number still doesn’t work after 3 business days, please contact support@footgearelite.com and we’ll assist you.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Late Deliveries
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 2 business days so we can check the shipment status with the carrier and help you further.
